It is not identical, and I will not pretend it is. What it is, is tolerated. It sounds like a technicality. It is the difference between an ingredient being in a product and an ingredient doing something in a product.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe second thing: there is no water in this serum. Not a drop. No water means nothing for bacteria to grow in, which means no preservative system, which means one less thing for a reactive face to argue with. It also means every millilitre in the bottle is active. You are not paying £58 for water.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is bottled in Miron violet glass because visible light degrades botanical actives, and I would rather protect them with glass than with a stabiliser.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eHow it feels, and how long it lasts\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApply 3 to 4 drops onto clean, dry skin. Press and massage upwards. Morning and evening.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt goes on silky, with a rounded, grounding scent. It is a rich oil, but it absorbs quickly and does not leave your face feeling oily. What it leaves behind is the glow.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt sits under makeup, and a number of my customers with very reactive skin now wear it that way on purpose. If makeup is something your skin usually argues with, this is worth trying as a base.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt 3 to 4 drops twice a day, a 30ml bottle lasts about six weeks.
